We had need of an unexpected emergency spring clean of our house.  I left a v/mail Wednesday night, received a call back from Dan first thing Thursday morning, and he said he would book *** for the day for us.  Please thank Dan for accommodating us and for assigning *** to the job.  *** is wonderful.

My husband called me today at work after he arrived home from the university – he said the house literally sparkled.  I should tell you that of the many adjectives that could be applied to our house, the word ‘sparkle’ is not generally one of them.

*** did an amazing job.  She worked so hard.   She started at once, and didn’t stop until the job was done.  You can tell our house has received a deep clean.  Not only that – it looks tidy, too.  I can’t say enough about ***.  Our staircase – it looks new.  There is no dust between the banisters.  We have clean baseboards, clean sinks, polished furniture.  She takes great care and takes great pride in her work.  You are fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. 

I have sent around an email to my colleagues, mentioning both your firm and ***’s name.  Again, I cannot say enough about her hard work, dedication to the job, and her determination to get our house clean and polished.
